• Fipronil 2.92% EC is a broad-spectrum insecticide that works by targeting the central nervous system of insects. It acts by selectively binding to gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptors, which are important in transmitting nerve impulses in insects. By binding to these receptors, fipronil disrupts the normal functioning of the insects’ nervous system, leading to hyperexcitation of nerve cells and eventually causing paralysis and death.

• VOLSCRON - 50 is a broad spectrum organophosphate insecticide and acaricide.

• VOLSCRON - 50 with unique mode of action has superior advantages over several other products. As a member of the organophosphate family of insecticides, VOLSCRON - 50 works by potent inhibition of the enzyme acetyl cholinesterase, which is essential for the transmission of impulses between nerve cells. After feeding on a VOLSCRON - 50 treated plant or crawling over a treated leaf, the pest is first paralyzed and then quickly dies.

• Neem based granular formulation containing Azadirachtin 0.15% (1500 ppm) w/w min. is a botanical insecticide derived from Neem seed Kernels. It contains a minimum of 1.5 gm Azadirachtin per kilogram of the material (w/w). It is used to control stem borer and leaf folder in Rice.

It directly kills nymphal stage of the pest as well as inhibits reproductive capacity of the adult pest due to growth regulating activity of Pyriproxyfen. Adding Bifenthrin, leads to the knock-down kill of adult whitefly pest, thus giving complete control at both the stage of whitefly. It also prevents further buildup of the pest.

• Empty stomach by gastric lavage with milk or perferably sol. of Potassium ferrocyanide. Administer egg white and other demulscents. Maintain lectrolyte and fluid balance Morphine and Pethidine may be given to control pain. If symptoms persists, give dimercaprol or penicillamine. Pencillamine may be given in the dose of 15-40 mg/kg /day (max. 1-2 gm/day divided into four doses) for five days. Dimercaprol is given in the dose of 3mg /kg every four hours for first four days and 2 mg/kg every 12 hours for a total of 10 days by intravenous route. Give within first four hours of poisoning to obtain maximum benefit.
